Rental Terms
All equipment rentals are subject to: • Availability confirmation • Valid identification and contact information • Acceptance of equipment condition upon delivery • Proper care and handling of equipment • Timely return in the same condition • Payment of agreed rental fees
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Use equipment only for its intended purpose • Not modify or tamper with equipment • Report any damage or malfunction immediately • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Liability and Damages
You are responsible for any damage to equipment during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. ADY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ADY or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period. Late cancellations may be subject to fees. Contact us directly for cancellation requests.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
